A Walmart retail outlet will be getting a most important-care unit included to the facility quickly.

Jacksonville developing officials issued a permit for a primary-care health-related clinic to be extra to the Walmart at 4520 Philips Freeway.

The clinic will bring an more 6,510 sq. toes to the Walmart shop and will price about $1.02 million to construct.

JaxPort demolition tasks

A Jacksonville Port Authority warehouse is slated to be demolished.

Metropolis building officials granted a permit for the demolition of the JaxPort warehouse at 2002 E. 18th St. It will charge JaxPort $500,000 to demolish the governing administration-owned warehouse.

Realco Recycling Co. will take care of the demolition.
